The Handbook

The textbook of deliberative programming — grown one answered confusion at a time.

A textbook, not a reference dump

Every page here exists because someone was genuinely confused and asked. Pages carry their origin — the Discussion, issue, or question that birthed them — so the book grows exactly where it proved thin.

Written for two readers

Every page ships twice: as this site, and as plain markdown at the same address with .md — plus llms.txt for model readers. The documentation practices what the methodology preaches.

The record does the remembering

Decisions live in Architectural Deliberation Records — asked, recommended, ruled, and kept. This book teaches the practice; the template gives you the working apparatus.
